Jim Readey provides skilled, compassionate guidance to help his private clients live their fullest, healthiest potential. Whether they are wanting to heal from an injury or ailment, find more balance in a hectic life, or re-connect with a passion for work or relationships, his clients learn how to realize their dreams by tapping into their own unique genius.

A certified iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher, who was trained by Richard Miller, Jim Readey blends various empowering modalities with his clients — including yoga nidra — in both private and group sessions. (He also weaves yoga nidra practices and philosophy into his many yoga classes and workshops.) His work has helped individuals successfully address a wide-range of issues, including anxiety, social anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, bi-polar disorder, inter-personal conflict, depression, and various physical ailments.

At the core of all Jim’s teachings is the belief that we each have within us all the answers we need in order to live full, joyful, and meaningful lives. He views his role as holding space for his clients to help them connect with their own deep wisdom and capacity to heal. His extensive training and experience in this field, along with his deep passion for supporting others on their life’s journey, makes Jim’s sessions both insightful and powerfully effective. He delights in working with clients who are ready for change, and who wish to discover the untapped possibilities of their lives.

Additional Bio 
Among his many healing credentials, Jim taps into his experience as a Kripalu-certified Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Instructor, and Yoga Teacher Mentor, and an iRest-certified Yoga Nidra Teacher. He also has extensive training as a Thai Massage Practitioner, and has been teaching Mindful Improvisational Comedy for the better part of a decade. He runs The Yoga Center in Concord, NH, where he has been teaching yoga for more than 25 years. Jim’s practice blends the physical benefits of yoga with its power to awaken compassion, self-awareness, and self-love. In his classes, students discover how to relax deeply, develop physical strength and flexibility, release tension, connect with their own depth, and find serenity of mind, body, and spirit.
